The UPCC has responded to the City of Seattle Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) / Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) proposal with the following letter to the Seattle City Council. This letter supports the Queen Anne Community Council’s appeal to this ADU/DADU proposal. This appeal makes the case that the proposal will have a detrimental effect on the well-being of our neighborhoods
