Quarterly Meeting: Trees on Public and Private Property in our Neighborhood

Nolan Rundquist, City Arborist

University Park has an extensive tree canopy which is changing for a variety of reasons. These include tree age and size, weather, and proximity to homes. Mr. Rundquist will discuss general care of old and new trees, tree removal and suggested replacement plantings for our specific community area. He will also address ramifications of City ordinances and care of traffic circles. FYI University Park has four traffic circles that we are responsible for maintaining, and where two need volunteer shepherds.

When:             Wednesday, April 13, 2011 7:00 p.m.

Where:            University Lutheran Church, Corner of 50th Street and 16th Ave NE
