We routinely receive membership dues throughout the year which while very much appreciated, has become an increasing administrative burden. To document and clarify for all University Park resident homeowners, the UPCC membership year is July 1 to June 30, and dues are $20 per year. So payments made anytime after July 1st are current for the time remaining in the membership year. If dues are paid in conjunction with the annual meeting/elections in late May or June, they will be credited toward the new membership year.
